About renting Zahara de los Atunes pueblo
Should I bring towels and bed linen?
In the apartment you will find bath towels and bed linen but we recommend bringing your own beach towels.
Is there a hair dryer?
Yes, we want you to be as beautiful as possible for the Zahareño nights.
Do you have a garage?
The apartments do not have a garage but the parking provided by the town hall is less than 50 meters away and it is so cheap that you will not miss it either.
Can we bring bicycles?
Unfortunately we do not have a place to store them so if you do not have another place to leave them it is better not to bring them. In the village there are several options to rent them.
Is there an Iron and Ironing Board?
Do you leave cleaning products?
Before each entrance we leave the basic cleaning products such as toilet paper, garbage bags, washing machine soap, dishwasher and floor cleaner. On the other hand in the surroundings there are several supermarkets where you can buy anything else you need.
About Reservation Policies
Are the apartments registered?
Yes, they are registered and registered in Tourism of the Junta de Andalucía with the numbers:
VFT/CA00573 and VFT/CA00569.
They have complaint forms and the same guarantees as a hotel.
What happens if I cancel my reservation?
It depends on how far in advance you notify us and the contracted rate.
If the rate has the right to cancel, you will be able to do it without any penalty if you inform us before two weeks before the arrival date, but please note that if you inform us with less time, the penalty will be 50% of the value of your reservation. On the other hand, the non-refundable rates are the cheapest but do not allow you to cancel without penalty.
Do you accept pets?
We love pets, especially dogs, but unfortunately we have several guests with allergies and we can not admit them. In any case please ask us as it depends on occupancy.
What time is Check In and Check Out?
The entrance to the apartment is from 15:00.
If you arrive earlier you can always leave your luggage and go to the beach or have a drink while we finish preparing the apartment.
On the last day you must leave before 11:00 to have time to prepare the next check-in.
Is smoking allowed in the apartment?
Smoking is not allowed; however, if you do it discreetly leaning out of the window or in the inner courtyard of the apartment, we will pretend we don’t see you…
Can I have guests during our stay?
It is very important that you respect the occupancy contracted in your reservation, otherwise, neither you nor we would be covered by our insurance and that is clearly not good for anyone.
